Default How to I find Angular Speed

Hi,
Tire(wheel) on a car travelling 60 km/hr has a diameter of 45.0cm. What is the angular speed??

So we use w=theta / time.
But how do you find radians in this? for the angular speed??

NEED HELP, last problem to work out on my home work.
Thanks for your help and please show all work so I can understand.

Angular velocity ω = v/r.
convert km/hr to m/s. write τηε radius in meter. Put them in the above equation to get ω.
