Default Scaffold problem

Need help please.
A window washer scaffold is 2.20 long and masses 156.96 N. Supported by ropes on each end. 1 worker weighs 630 N and is on the scaffold .25 from the left side. 2nd worker masses 304.11 N and is .7 from the right side. What is the tension on the rope near worker 2 on the far right side.

I am not sure on what to do here, can someone help me and show me the work so I can look at it to understand it.
Thanks
Jo

Just take the moment of the left cable : )
a=the point of the left rope

Ma= (-630Nx.25m)+(-157x1.10m)+(-304Nx1.50m)+(Tx2.20) That should give the tension of the right cable : )
