Default Maximum speed

Here is the question:

In an action movie, the hero grabs a rope attached to the rafters of a warehouse to swing across to the other side. If his arms are capable of exerting a force of 1900 N on the rope, what is the maximum speed he can tolerate at the lowest point of his swing? His mass is 70 kg and the rope is 5.0 m long.

Okay, so the sum of forces is
1900N - mg = ma.
1900N - (75kg)(9.8m/s^2)=(75kg)a
1900N - 735N = (75kg)*a

solve for a:
a= 1900N-735N/75kg
a= 15.5 m/s^2

next solve for v by using a=v^2/r
rewrite into v=sqrt(a*r)
v=sqrt(15.5*5.0)
v= 8.81 m/s

v is wrong though, and I have no clue why. Please and Thank you...

At the lowest point, force exerted by the man and his weight are in the same direction.

sa-ri-ga-ma,

Im not sure what you mean.

Do you mean that it should be 1900N+735N=75kg*a, because this ends up to be 13.3 m/s but that is not the correct answer either. Please explain.
