friends, i have been much benefitted by the book 'mathematical methods in the physical sciences" by M.L .Boas. it is written in very simple, easy to -understand way and not at all difficult for plus two level. so those who are interested in math methods, or are toiling hard on arfken and weber(like i was) will find it fascinating. my sincere thanks to one of our great forum members for referring me this book.
